Less than 7 HOURS of nightly SLEEP is taking a toll on YOU, as is no FRESH LEAFY GREENS. Constant screening is causing instant gratification to decrease your ABILITY for PERSEVERANCE, leading to stress. That’s not even touching on the lack of HUMAN TOUCH Covid has forced upon us.
